Homemade brown sugar granola with slivered almonds and mini chocolate chips.
old fashioned rolled oats
mini chocolate chips or raisins
light olive oil
Preheat the oven to 250-degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, and brown sugar.
Add the brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, and salt and stir to combine.
Pour onto 2 baking sheets.
Cook for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.
Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl, add the raisins or chocolate chips.
Store in a mason jar!
