Vegan Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Seriously, the best cookie I’ve ever created.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat together the peanut butter and sugar together.
  3. Add the flax eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients: salt, baking soda, oat flour and almond milk. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Place little spoonfuls of the dough on an ungreased cookie sheet and lightly press down.
  6. Bake off for 8 minutes and lightly browned
