Bring in the New Year with this superstar! Strawberry Bellinis…so delicious. I tried my first Bellini at Stokes, downtown Omaha…I had a peach one and knew I had to recreate it at home. With a little simple syrup and fresh pureed fruit poured into some champagne or sparkling wine, you got yourself a delicious drink anytime of year!
Plan for this drink in your NewYears menu plan and it will be a guaranteed success!
**Make into a virgin drink for your little ones using the fruit puree and lemon-lime soda.**
Pizza Bites
These pizza bites are fun, perfect for parties, or anytime. This is made in my mini muffin tins using my favorite pizza dough and sauce. Using mini pepperoni and spicy italian sausage adds a kick…you’ll love these! Perfect for bringing in the new year…

We love to bring in the new year with pizzas off the pizza stone. The pizza crust comes out crispy and chewy, and the homemade sauce with oozing mozzarella is out of this world! To top the night off we have a toast with homemade strawberry bellinis, sparkling cider and chocolate fondue. There is something so delightful about bite size pieces of fruits and sweets dunked into a bath of creamy chocolate. If you don’t fondue…do. You’ll be glad you did!
Sliders are perfect for any party and these Sloppy Joes are delicious! Make up a batch and scoop on little cut dinner rolls and have lined up a tray or have wrapped individually in parchment paper with half the sandwich peeking out.
