Honestly, one of my favorites. It’s crunchy, sweet and wholesome. I store mine in a mason jar for cereals and to top yogurt or ice cream–seriously so good!

- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins optional
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250-degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, and brown sugar.
- Add the brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, and salt and stir to combine.
- Pour onto 2 baking sheets.
- Cook for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a bowl, add the raisins or chocolate chips.
- Store in a mason jar!
