Aren't these cute? I found these in the Food Network Magazine and had to make them and share them with you. Simply spread some marshmallow fluff on top of a Nutter Butter cookie and use black frosting gel for the eyes...so fun! Perfect for Halloween and children will love them. Enjoy! . . .
