This is an amazing, fast, kid friendly, delicious snack…
We are in love with Nutella spread at our house and when snack time came around one day, I thought this might be good, and boy was I right! If you have yet to try, Nutella, I recommend you do. It is a chocolate, hazelnut spread that is to die for and you find it in your peanut butter isle in your grocery store. It can be used for a lot of different snacks and sweet treats. But don’t take my word for it…try it out for yourself!
Ingredients:
Nutella
2 tbsp. veg. oil
Large flour tortillas
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Heat oil in a large, cast iron skillet. Spread a generous amount of Nutella on one of two flour tortillas. Place in the hot oil, placing the other tortilla on top. Let brown and fry for about 1-2 minutes checking the bottom as to not burn. Once browned, flip carefully and brown the other side the same amount of minutes.
Take off heat and place on a large cutting board. Using a large knife or pizza cutter, cut into 6 pieces. Dust with powdered sugar using a spooned sieve.
Serve and eat hot! Yum!!
