kid friendly foods/cookie cutter fries

This is the ultimate in kid friendly! These are finger food fun at its finest…
Idaho potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch thick medallions and then a cookie cutter makes my shapes; I used mini shapes of circles and straws. Fry your potatoes in hot oil, 375 degrees, and lay out on a plated with paper towels to help blot the excess grease. Season as they come out; I use a mixture of salt, black pepper, granulated garlic and parsley flakes for some color…delicious!

Your children will eat with delight:)

Is there a typo? Do you mean "stars" instead of "straws"? Just thought I would point that out. 🙂
I made a ton of these with my 2 of my siblings – we used animal shapes, christmas shapes, and we had tons of fun!!!
