Baked Lime Corn Chips

Corn Chips, baked, seasoned generously and zested with lime juice. What, are you kidding me?!

No, I’m not.

  • corn tortillas
  • nutritional yeast
  • himalayan salt
  • coconut cooking spray
  • Bragg Organic Seasoning
  • Lime zest

  • Bragg Organic Seasoning
  • Lime zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Cut up corn tortillas; however many you want for your serving.
  2. Lay on cookie sheet.
  3. Spray with coconut cooking spray, lightly. We're doing this just to make the seasoning stick.
  4. Sprinkle with the nutritional yeast (this makes it cheesy tasting), the salt, and seasoning.
  5. Bake off for about 5 -10 minutes until lightly browned and crispy. Sprinkle with fresh lime zest.
  6. Eat and enjoy!!
