The best plant based ranch dressing on the planet and I’m totally not kidding. This dressing calls for whole raw cashews and cashew milk which makes such a creamy dressing–some white vinegar , garlic and dill and you’ve just mastered this dip. So easy and so delicious–it will be your new favorite!
This ranch is good on absolutely anything!
I pour over my rice bowls, a big salad to dipping my baguette in it–so good!

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews you can use another nut but I like the flavor and texture of cashews
- 2 cups cashew milk you can use another plant milk--but cashew does make it very creamy
- 4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp. of granulated garlic
- 1-2 tbsp. dill

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients but the dill in a high powered blender and blend until completely blended and smooth. *
- Add dill and stir with spoon
- Pour into a large mason jar and refrigerate! Will last in the fridge for 5-7 days.
