These cookies are so good and do the trick when your vegan diet needs something sweet, yet, still good for you! These are so full of peanut flavor, rich and pleasantly sweet. You’ll enjoy these!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tbsp. oat flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Put all the ingredients in your large mixer.
- Mix until combined and smooth.
- Scoop in little balls on your cookies sheet
- Press down with fork tongs and sprinkle with a little extra coconut sugar for extra flavor.
- Bake off for 8 minutes.
- Enjoy!
