I grew up eating this, Naked Spaghetti. My Mom is full blooded Sicilian and so believe you me, it’s good.

Ingredients
- 1 box fusilli any favorite pasta will do!
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- parmesan cheese for garnish
- fresh basil for garnish
- hot pepper flakes for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta to package directions.
- Drain pasta.
- In the pot you boiled your pasta in, put your pasta back in the pot with all of the ingredients minus the garnish and stir until melted and thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of hot pepper flakes.
- Enjoy!
