My mother is 100% Sicilian. I know spaghetti. Though this is not her sauce- I will share that soon once I get the ok from all the family (ha!) but this recipe will knock your socks off. Made for my family for over 20 years and have tweaked it to perfection. You can add Italian sausage to this marinara sauce as an amazing alternative-I just cooked through my ground Italian sausage in my pan first before then adding the rest of the ingredients as usual. Enjoy!
