The most delicious mac and cheese you'll ever eat--using whole milk, cream cheese, sharp cheddar and some macaroni and you've got yourself a wonderful lunch!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 8 oz. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste I add dried parsley for a pop of color

Instructions
- In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook the macaroni until al dente; drain in a colander.
- In the same saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture is steaming hot and thick, about 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cheddar and cream cheese until melted.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni and season to taste with salt and a little pepper.

I think there is an error in the Recipe. On the ingredients list, it reads 2 tbsp elbOw macaroni. Should it be 12 ounces?
