I am in love with refried beans! In love.
Since I’ve embarked on this vegan journey this is a superfood I don’t want to miss. I do soak my beans overnight to help with bloating. So rich and creamy and with a little spicy, this recipe I created is over the moon, good. No oil, all good for you and enough to keep you all week long.
