Vegan Oatmeal with Blueberries, Bananas, and Slivered Almonds
This oatmeal has been a staple in my health and weight loss vegan journey and I cannot sing its praises enough. Though a humble breakfast, it's as inspiring to eat as it is healthy and delicious. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup blueberres
  • 1 banana sliced
  • splash almond or coconut milk
  • sprinkle brown sugar or maple syrup
  • handful slivered almonds

Instructions
  1. Follow the instructions for cooking your oatmeal. I put my oats and water in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes-your cooking time may vary. I add in my toppings, almond milk and sprinkle with a little brown sugar and you've got heaven!
