I absolutely love oatmeal and this vegan rendition will not disappoint! Though not profound, when part of a vegan lifestyle will be part of a healthy diet and losing weight–so carry on and here’s to us!
|Prep Time||10 minutes|
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup blueberres
- 1 banana sliced
- splash almond or coconut milk
- sprinkle brown sugar or maple syrup
- handful slivered almonds
- Follow the instructions for cooking your oatmeal. I put my oats and water in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes-your cooking time may vary. I add in my toppings, almond milk and sprinkle with a little brown sugar and you've got heaven!
