This oatmeal has been a staple in my health and weight loss vegan journey and I cannot sing its praises enough. Though a humble breakfast, it's as inspiring to eat as it is healthy and delicious. Enjoy!
Follow the instructions for cooking your oatmeal. I put my oats and water in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes-your cooking time may vary. I add in my toppings, almond milk and sprinkle with a little brown sugar and you've got heaven!
